It's been a while since I posted, mostly due to all the craziness going on in my life, but you will be glad to know that the running continues. As a matter of fact, it is proving to be a great way to de-stress and have time when the only thing I think about it pace, breathing and reaching goals.

I was out this morning and my pace is now 9.18 per km. it is amazing to think that on day one I was lucky to get under 12 minutes per km.

This program has been the best thing I've done in a long while.

Wishing everyone a great week of running.
