Trying to be positive...

...despite having had to shorten my last two runs due to my leg complaining a bit! Had got back up to week 7 following extended time on the ic due to a calf tear. Never mind, still out there running and loving it so much. I am a woman who loves grey brooding sky's and blustery days so today was a good day for me! Here's to enjoying the moment and listening to my body. Progress will eventually be mine, I am sure!😀

Happy running everyone!

"There's no such thing as the wrong weather, only the wrong clothes"... but maybe don't quote me on that when we get into mid-winter!

How lovely! what an evocative post!

Keep positive but be careful not to worsen that tear, sounds horrid- take care x

The tear has healed well but has left my leg a bit weak meaning other muscles are grumbling a bit! Have had a great physio to advise and get me back on the road.

Thanks

Great post Sandra and I am so pleased to see that you are able to get out there, even if it's not 100% yet.

Not a fan of the wind myself - why is it always a headwind?
