Have some new shoes from Sweatshop in the sale, NB 860V5. These were recommended for me after a gait analysis, and a half size bigger than what I already have, I wondered if they were a tad tight after running.
So will christen them at Parkrun tomorrow...😉

Try compressing the photo so it's 200kb or less, not sure what the size limit actually is, but I've found smaller images seem to work better on here. Let's see those new shoes! I'm also in the market for new shoes, good to know sweatshop can offer gait analysis combined with sale prices. Will take a look...
Yes, had good service at the Teddington branch with regard to shoes & fitting. The gait analysis is free and its only about a minute running on the treadmill to take a video of your feet landing. And your not pressured into buying anything at the time, as they give you a list of shoes that are suitable for your pronation if you have any, most do. I stuck with the NB as liked the previous ones.
I'd never been on a treadmill before, so was a tad wary, but for the time I was on it, I enjoyed it, may looking into using one now and again over winter at the local health centre..
That's good. I've never done a gait analysis, but I did used to work in bike shops where there was quite an intense (not free) service offered to analyse cycling gait (which I never tried myself). Glad to hear it's much more informal in running shops. I can manage running for a minute I think. Nice shoes by the way, glad you got the pic to work
