Mizuno wave rider 18 ... a little present to myself for 2 years on non smoking and over a year of running

Loved my wave rider 17 but they were white , now have these lovely bright ones , cant wait to try them out

Definitely! All my leggings and tops were black or muted colours. Now I don't mind how bold I am! x

I sometimes sit there and think the same thing. On average it was around £25-30 a week for me.

Nowaday's I run 5k just to get away from the smell😅😅.

Funny how you don't realise how bad the smell is while you are a smoker.
