Week 9 day 3!!!

And I done it! Today I officially graduated and it feels amazing. Yes I'm fitter, sleep better and have lost a couple of pounds but the main thing I got out of this was confidence in myself. 3 months ago I laughed when my sister challenged me to do this and tonight I ran 31.45mins because I wanted to prove to myself I could do 5km and I did. It's been tough, at some points I wanted to quit and go back to chilling on the couch but I'm so glad to have to stuck with it and this forum has been so helpful

Well done. The mental benefits are almost more important then the physical ones, aren't they?

Well done graduate. Wow, what a time!

I used to absolutely despair at contestants on TV shows who would gush that they had been on such 'an emotional journey' - oh, honestly! Now, however I can see where they are coming from a little.

Yep, I've lost a bit of weight too, about 6 or 8 lbs I think but the self confidence kick is the biggest thing.

Well done again and I hope it continues to make you feel good.
