.......for running.

Headed out in lovely cool slighty damp weather and ended up running for a whole 60 mins- 8.5k.

And I could have carried on too but nature was calling very loudly.

And the best thing, when I got home, my sons words...I'm so proud of you mum. Made me cry!!!

So to all you lovely peeps whatever week you are on, don't give up, if I can do that, so can you.

Hope you've all had a lovely BH weekend

Thanks Poppy.

Hope you are better now.

Those words meant more than the run.

Wow! You're really steaming ahead Jules! This rubbish bank holiday weather clearly has its up sides 😊

Well done 👍👍

I don't know where it comes from, some runs just feel so good, I do slow right down for the longer ones though. Think that suits me better than trying to do speed.

I will have another go at that later this week, don't want to let it beat me .LOL

Hope you've recovered fully now.

Nice slow easy runs are just the best, especially in cooler conditions.

Well done on the 60 minutes but I am guessing you will be looking to stretch that out a bit in the not too distant future.

I wanted to stretch it to 10k last night as I could have run it but nature told me otherwise and thankfully I was close to home at that point.

I only graduated about 3 weeks ago so trying to build it up steadily so maybe nature did me a favour as only run 7k prior to last night.

My goal is 10k so hopefully I will achieve that soon
