Pumped up, brave, but on reflection foolish

Everything was going pretty well. Week 6/2, well over half way through and I come across two hoodie clad yobbos spray painting the railway bridge. Ignore them - no. I hollered at them to do something a bit more creative and instantly regretted it. The only saving grace was that I was warmed up and able to speed off, ran the cool down and had to return home by a circuitous route. Safely home now!

Put it all down to experience I suppose.

That's hilarious. Hit and run in a good way. Once you're doing 6 minute kilometres you'll be able to be even ruder when passing yobs-just make sure they look a bit overweight!
