After struggling with week 6 day 1 and 2 I have finally done day 3. It feels absolutely fantastic that I have run 25 mins when I couldn't run at all in week 1. It's so fab. Next run is in St Tropez for week 7 and 8 any advice would be appreciated. Thank you to all that have offered any help or words of encouragement x

That's brilliant. Well done to you! Lucky you in St Tropez but I guess it'll be hot!

Run very early in the morning, make sure you're hydrated well before you go and take water with you. Wear sunscreen and a hat. Try to run in the shade as much as possible and run very slowly.

Another tip I've heard of but not tried myself is to soak your whole head in water before you run. Apparently it keeps your core body temperature lower.
