So...I did my graduation run a week ago yesterday, then went away to Cambridge Folk Festival ( fantastic!) and didn't run for a week! Finally managed to get out last night, and although it was pouring with rain decided to keep going to see how far I could do. I hadn't had a gap of more than 3 days since starting C25K - so wasn't sure what I'd be able to do. I'm pleased to say that I could repeat the last podcast and keep going until I'd done 5K - and my pace was actually slightly faster than before! Must've been the rain! Phew - rather a relief that I could still do it!!

Apparently the longer you keep at running, the longer it takes to start losing condition (up to some limit - a bit less than a month, I think). Nice to hear that this seems to already kick in by the completion of c25k.
