Good morning friends , well I finally made it to my august target run and did an amazing 20 k this morning!!!!!!!! I can't tell you how chuffed I am. One hour and fifty six minutes, so not bad either. I'm a bit stiff but no more than expected, resting the rest of the day now !! Happy running all. 😁😁
