After realising my 5k time would be nothing special, as I'd been on hills etc again I decided to go for more distance and ended up pushing on to 7k! Can't believe it. It took me 50 mins but still pleased. Can't believe I ran for 50 mins! 50 secs was a struggle back in July.

Oh well done ! It comes as quite a surprise doesn't it! You'll have to do it again soon to prove it's not just a fluke.
Only kidding. You'll do it soon enough. In a bit, if you keep running, you will be able to increase your distance bit by bit each week. You'll gradually get fitter too.
Happy running
Well done! I did my first 7K last week too, took me longer than you, bu we're getting there aren't we?

You will get the rewards if you just keep steadily plugging away. Take care and have fun out there
