Well, if I can't run....😃 (from a proud parent)

...my kids can run for me! Had planned to be redoing C25k with my two boys (11 and 14), following an injury, but am having to take a few more weeks off while I heal😁😁 - very frustrating! Anyway, today the boys both let their feet do the talking as they joined the programme at weeks 3 and 4! Needless to say, they both seemed to do their runs rather effortlessly(!) with me on a bike! I am so proud of them. Neither are hugely confident at running (yet!) but one has already declared he would like to run Parkrun with my husband who runs quite frequently. Can't wait until I am able to run with them.
