I did that too. It really improved my 5k times doing it once a week, and its actually quite good fun not just running straight. Well done.

I've done this after reading a post on here. It's great isn't it? I find that doing this interval tun about once a week really helps my pace. If you find you want a bit more of a challenge try the speed podcast in the 5k+ series. It's nit to everyone's taste & I didn't like it the first time I did it but once I get used to it I use it regularly. Happy running ☺
