I can't believe it!

I've just completed week 8 run 1 and I can't believe I did it! I'm certainly not fast, slow and steady springs to mind, but I did every second of the 28 mins run. What an amazing app C25K is! Not bad for an overweight 60+ couch potato. Sorry for the boasting but I'm stoked! I've got so much help from everyone on here Thank You all.

Very well done Sue4!!! It gives you such a sense of achievement doesn't it!!! It is amazing to think that in March, I had never run other than because I was late for a train, now myself and the other half do Parkrun every week! It really sets you up for the day although I am not averse to the odd evening run! Congratulations!!
