What a great week i ahve had after my graduation run last week.

new trainers feel like i am running on a mattress. just absolutley loving my new hobby of running, not putting pressure on myself just running for the sake of it, loving being out , enjoying the sun ,enjoying the country lane route, improving my technique and loving the company of my running buddy. Have become an horrendous bore telling. everyome about c25k and smiling constantly like a fool. Basking in The compliments about my weight loss and generally just loving life. What has happened to me. Cannot believe that something i had never done , always hated and had no desire to do , has now changed me for the better . long may this addiction continue. Roll on my beach run pics will follw if i work out how to upload them lol. Newbies keep on going. Has changed me for the better. Am off out tomorrow to bore some more people !!!!

Yes, strange and wonderful isnt it :) Your only regret ofcourse is that you didnt find C25K sooner :)

The good news is that it just gets better. Dont over do it though, easier said than done, most of us on here have done too much after C25K and ended up on the injury couch for a little while. It's part of the Learning experience I guess.

Happy Running :)

How lovely to read your very happy comments - what a fantastic thing C25k is! I am back at week 3 following an injury at week 8 of the programme (tore a calf muscle in the playground at work! ). It has been a long slow recovery but I am just so pleased to be back out there. Can't wait to get to my graduation! It has also changed my life for the better - I am a happier person when I run. Keep spreading the word and long may you enjoy your running!

This C25K is just fantastic. It gives you so much get up and go. It is very enjoyable.
