C25k is a very empowering training plan. It will put you in control of improving your health and fitness and deliver a sense of achievement and satisfaction right from the start. Don't get distracted and don't run too fast. You will have a few aches and pains to start with, probably, but they will mostly be minor and you will carry them with pride in the knowledge that your body is changing. Stretching after your runs will help keep aches minimal and also reduces the risk of injury. Try these nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/...
You are right to be excited. C25k really works and has the ability to change lives. Keep us posted with your progress. Good luck.
Thanks guys. Just finished my first session and feel great. Actually looking forward to doing it again in a couple of days
