It’s my week one first run tomorrow morning and so looking forward to it ( might be feeling different after it lol). Doing it with a small group of people from the town I live in. Getting fit with new friends

Having your own support group around is great. But don't compare yourself with the others as comparison is the thief of joy. Unless you're the best in your group, of course!

Exactly this. Everyone is different. Some folks are great at short fast runs and others are slow plodders who can seemingly run forever without needing a break.

For example, the spread of finishing times in my local parkrun (this week) was 21:46 to 50:28. I came somewhere in the middle of the table.

You've made the hardest step by deciding to give Couchto5k a go. Remember to warm up properly & do some stretches first. Go at your own pace. Don't try to break any records but try to keep moving. It WILL get easier. Please pop back on & tell us how it went. Good luck 👍
