Today I pressed start on the c25k app and managed day one😊 very happy with myself as my kids will tell you I don't run (unless on pain of death). But I manage it very pleased but someone omitted to tell me that the couch is meant to be at the end instead I had a walk back home 😂🏃💨 come to mind
