Give it a go from where you left off and see how you do. If you do it, great! If not, no worries - go back a week. You won't know until you try.

The key thing is to start somewhere where it's comfortable for you (so far as that's possible in this heat). I would perhaps suggest that you repeat the last full week that you completed, but 2 weeks is not a long break so you might find just repeating your last run or two is enough for you.

If your calf injury is down to running then really make sure that you warm up well before you run & stretch well after - don't want that recurring.

Do whatever feels right for you. Just go out for a run, no expectations, no pressure and see how it feels. If it begins to hurt - stop! If all is well, carry on from where you left off. Listen to your body, there are no hard and fast rules.

Welcome back to running :) I'd go for where you left off and play it by ear. If it hurts or you find your level of fitness has dropped (I think the latter is unlikely to happen in just two weeks), then you have different options: give your calf another week of rest with gentle walks instead of runs, slow your pace or go back to the last run on week three and repeat it if you need to. Let us know how you get on!

You might find it easier to do w3r3 just to get back into it. If that's OK, then go back to wherever you were on wk4. There is no rush to get it completed so don't take chances on getting another injury.

Thanks Everyone.. im going to repeat week 3 I think... I really got the bug and when I hurt my calf I was beside myself.. yes it was definitely due to not stretching for long enough..
