Iv just totalled up my distance iv run whilst completing c25k.

I didn't log the first few runs.

But I did 105.07km

Which is 65 miles, when I think of that what an achievement.

Good luck to everyone, I'm proof the plan works!

Keep on adding your totals together - it's really motivating to think of how far you've run. I plot mine on a map of Canada occasionally to gain perspective on how far I've run.

It's a real eye opener. When I did the moonwalk last year I added up all my training and the walk and I did over 500 miles. Makes you feel good.

Well done on completing c25k. I'm about to give it my second shot.

Amazing how it adds up isn't it!

Just think what it will add up to if you keep it up & look back after a year!

I was looking at my garmin connect log the other day and between the gym & running it reckons I've used 45,000 calories in the last year! That can only be a good thing!

Well done - keep it up & you'll achieve much more than you could ever expect.
