Totally, go for it, I started at 52 and think running has given me so much pleasure, confidence and satisfaction that it is a good thing to do. When I was doing the C25K I can't actually say I "enjoyed" running, I endured it and was so stubborn I made myself do it. My legs were a little achy, I needed to sleep more but it was unbelievable that every week I saw an improvement. I was so unfit before, but a year after graduation and I run three times a week - 2 x 6k and a 10k - yes, I enjoy it now, I have a pace that is comfortable and I am not out of breath, I just plod and plod some more. Fantastic, keep us posted!
