I have only ever ran 6k outside, I run a mixture of treadmill running & outside running. Yesterday I thought I would slow my pace down, it really worked I ended up doing my first 10k! I'm so pleased I only started the couch to 5k in January this year!

Well done - please be careful running across motorways.
