I Had promised everyone at home that I would not put in for another event and would wait until the Winter run 31 January 2016. But its been a rotten couple of days and I wanted something to cheer me up. So I have entered the WestRun London 10Km on 4th October. I can already feel my toes tingling with excitement. There is just something about having an event to train for that I love. Everyone at home is fine with it as well, apparently I am at my happiest when I have an event to train for so they welcomed it with open arms. All I can say is bring on the training.
I know I promised..... but I felt like I neede... - Couch to 5K
I know I promised..... but I felt like I needed cheering up.

Its great to have something to look forward to and events certainly help keep me running and motivated. I found it hard to run without anything for run for. Good luck with the training!!
