W4R1 - 4 star run!

Fantastic weather for being out and about, sunny but not too hot. Tonight we completed the first run of week four. Two comments from my daughter sums the whole experience up "it's all in your mind set mum, isn't it!?!" and as we came through the door before I could ask "well that was a 4 star run!". Happy and proud 😊

Well done, we've just done it too! Seemed harder on the legs tonight, but we pushed through it, and are still smiling!
