Today I completed week 8, completing each run without any issues and today I covered 4.98km!!

Graduation week I'm coming for you!!!!!

Three more runs and you will Graduate. Have you thought about doing parkrun? a 5k race with loads of other people? Lovely way to graduate if there's one by you.

HA! I've just left you a lengthy reply on your other post, not looking at the date! Sorry! Congratulations! Also this really helps me as I am in the WK8 pits so good to know you broke through it. All the best for WK9, looks like you are going to smash it !

Not a problem. Week 9 run 1 in the morning. I'm still dreading the extra 2 mins but I know it can be done. I find it really funny arguing with myself during a run. Good luck and keep fighting those demons!!
