On the other hand, I've just been out in shorts and a crop top and have bramble scratches and nettle stings up to the thighs, and hogweed rash from ankle to rib cage, so its swings and roundabouts really - dark covered up and sweaty doesn't sound so bad!

Yep... very hot out there for me as well tonight... I passed a lady on the canal walking her dog and she just said "you'll kill yourself doing that"... i'll try my best to ignore that advice

Yesterday i also ran in that heat and it was one of my worst runs I've every done. It was the first week of week 9. I didnt wear my cap because i was too hot in it last time and i knew i want hydrated enough and on top of that about 90% of the park i run in is open space with no shade (plus it was 1 in the afternoon) So i feel your pain!

The whole run i felt i wasnt breathing right and felt like crying. Horrible!
