W3R1 - We did it!

Neither my daughter or myself had much enthusiasm to pull our trainers on tonight. Busy day at work for me, school trip for her and the 3min run parts of tonight's session looming over us. We were both amazed how quickly the time went, and at the end just looked at each other and laughed! So pleased we made the effort - this would have been unthinkable a few weeks ago.
