W6r1 sorry to talk about my pants....

Completed w6r1, find it tough but always keep going, legs feel like giving up, (I do stretch & water before and after) and panting a bit, but try remember to take a deep breath every 4th pant.

Have I got it about right for a starter? Any advice please? Thanks

I think it's whatever works for you. My breath always starts rotten but then settles down IF I don't think about it. Never could get Laura's breathing right.

if you are still breathing at th eend of it your are getting it right. IF your are not, then no.

I would hazard a guess that you are almost certainly going a bit faster than you should and would benefit greatly by dialling the pace back about 15-20%, however slowly you feel you are going. That's because everyone does.
