Hi all, I done an hour session of field hockey today and slightly sore! 10 x harder than the first week of couch to 5 k, but I loved it! I've even purchased some shorts to carry on playing! Now my conundrum, I haven't completed week 1 of c25k as the tyre on my pushchair ripped, now my tyre has come so I can finally finish wk 1, and start wk 2, now do i let myself repair from today's exercise? Or battle tomorrow morning to complete wk 1?
