Wk 3 Run 1! The tip from my trainer today was if I'm bouncing when jogging then I'm not doing it properly & from far away to someone watching it should not be easy to tell I'm running. So I definitely haven't been jogging lightly the past two weeks & noticed a remarkable difference today! ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐

I was definitely disappointed, just because I thought I was being really good not 'slacking off', ๐๐ never mind I know better now! ๐๐๐โโ๏ธ
Ah, it's not that you are slacking off, if anything the reverse, your energy is going into up and down instead of focussed on propelling you forward, if that makes sense. It's just inefficient (as I understand it)
