Currently in beautiful Tenerife, about 25 degrees. Been for a couple of runs so far, no choice re hills, the only way is up, and then up a bit more, from the hotel!

My thighs are complaining lol!

Hope to do another couple of runs before coming home

25 degrees? Wow, that's hot for running. But I'm sure it'll be great as training for the summer (if we get one this year)

Yeah, it's a bit hot, but we run in the morning and try and stay in the shade

Hmmm... I remember those hills in Tenerife and boy they are steep. Well done, especially in that heat! And just so you know, I wasn't running at that point in my life so hats off to you.

I was in Tenerife in April and the hills are a bu**er but you don't have a choice! They do make you stronger so well done for getting out there.
