I've had a few weeks off from the podcasts as I ventured into new territory - I joined a running group. They're a fab lot, very supportive and I've somehow managed to jump from 10 to 20 minute 'stints' - all through the power of good company! But as I've missed tonight's group run, I've decided to return to the podcasts. Tomorrow I'm going to attempt Wk6R2, with 2 x 10 minutes runs. Let's see how I fair on my own again, without the infectious enthusiasm of the group :)

Even if you're running regularly with a group, it's still fun to complete the course. Best of luck with Wk6 and enjoy your running.
