Should have done r3w9 today and was on track to graduate today. Instead a tummy bug has kept me in bed for the day. I had better leave this run for couple of days as would need food for energy im sure. Hope it won't matter would hate to fail the final run.

What a disappointment! Best make sure you're well for it - and when you venture out, take it slow, slow, slow - good luck! :-)

Oh what rotten luck, those can leave you really drained for a while. But that run will still be waiting for you when you feel better.
