hello all quick update bupa 10000 was a blast it was a brilliant route that took us from from buckingham palace and into the city of london and finishing outside hm house , it was a fast course and the crowds were out to see the elite s of jo pavey 32min and vernon 28 mins so we had lot of cheering ,i drank too much relived to see the old portoloos at 2.5 miles i could hold no longer then foot down to the end i crossed the line nearly sick again chip time 44.09 , i had music for this and pbs or time didnt even come in mind for this race and i enjoyed it shook it out with taylor swift for the last mile and there may have been some kind of singing half marathon at histon next week thats gonna be hot ,finally i raised 150 for MIND and had a good meet with them we said hello along the route and some hi fives there probably the most friendly charity ive run for so far lovely people take care and run well ps ive booked brighton marathon for next year whoops
