Well, 2 actually!! 25 minutes continual running (never dreamed I could!) and fastest 1km yet (7"21).

After w6r2, when I thought I would literally die in the first 10mins, I'm rather chuffed!!

You guys are making such a difference to my self belief :). Good luck to everyone else out this weekend xx

YAYYYYY!! Go Sara. You da WOOOOMAN! I found Week 6 Run 1 hideously awful and I came home with my tail betwixt my legs, having previously celebrated W5R3 by doing the hokey cokey. Your PB is brilliant so keep 'em coming. You're close to graduating now......not bad eh?

Thanks Danzargo. You made me laugh, there is no way I could've done a hokey cokey!! My legs barely move once I stop. Yes it is fab, I am so pleased I went out today, it was windy so I nearly bailed!! (I am a wimp!). I'm determined to be able to put Graduate next to my name, that will be such an achievement.
