Should have done this run by now but still not feeling great, and the longer I'm leaving it the more nervous I'm getting about it! Not sure whether to just go for it later and see how I go ( just don't want to fail) or do I wait another day or 2? Obviously I'll let you all know later what happens. So annoyed as I know if I hadn't been ill I would have graduated by now. Grrrrr!

You can do it, all the hard work has been done by now slow and steady!

Fail is a word we don't use on here. If you go out and run but can't finish it, take a rest day and try again - simples. Running is for life and we all go through setbacks. It really doesn't matter too much whether you graduate this week or next! 😊

Comd on! Let's go

You can do it. You've done the programme so you're ready. Go get that badge ☺

Don't over think it, just do it

Oh dear niknok! Starting the programme and getting this far means you haven't failed!

If, having set out, you feel you can't run, for whatever reason, then walk - that is a success!

Having been unwell will mean you can't run as well as you'd like, but then, anything can do that, weather, aches, niggles, nerves, or just not being able to find your rhythm. Until you go out, you don't really know. You could go out and surprise yourself. I've set out for many a run, that turned out to be a nice walk instead and I just didn't know until I set out. The point is you are moving and doing yourself a world of good, Which is what C25k is really all about.

Enjoy the fitness you have earned and if graduation takes a few weeks longer, so be it - we're not in a race!

Good luck and have fun x

Thank you all so much for your encouragement and support, you're all fabulous. Gonna give it a go in a little while. And like you say if I have to walk a bit then so be it. I will just do it again.

My problem is I over think everything, ask my hubby, I drive hun mad lol. Talk to you all soon πŸ‘ πŸ‘ πŸ‘
