Not my greatest run. Had to slow to a walk after 21 minutes instead of 28. Another repeat to be done....

Well done...these runs are meant to relax into...let the newly forming legs find their happy pace... and go with it... start slow, stay slow and enjoy!

Well done.

That run was as much a learning and development session as a fully completed workout.

You are now stronger, but to get to the end of each run, as the duration increases, you need to pace yourself. Remember to run at an easy conversational pace, as described in the guide to the plan.

Slow down, relax and enjoy it.

I got up to wk8r3 no problem, repeated the week as didn’t want to get to wk 9 too soon and found the 2nd round of week 8 I could only do 25 mins! Felt a real downer at first. But now I’ve been doing week 7 on repeat for 4 weeks ie 25 min runs only and am really enjoying it! For the first time since then I feel like perhaps I will try a 28 min run!

You can do this ! If you watch time lapse film of plants growing you’ll see it doesn’t happen in a smooth progression, but in jumps and plateaus and even the odd regression. So you’re progressing naturally towards full bloom (!) Remember the First Rule of C25k: The only run you fail is the run you don’t go for ! All the best with the next one x
