Hello you wonderful people, I haven't posted for a bit but have been very busy running 5ks , I have been gradually increasing and tonight I hit 10 k in 55 mins 57 secs! Wow!!!!! Was I surprised when I stopped! Considering only a few months ago I wouldn't have dreamt of running any where. All you guys out there struggling in the early weeks of the plan , keep going it gets easier and feeling fitter and lighter is simply great. Thanks for reading. 😁😁

Sub-60 for 10k is a real milestone.
