Week 3 day 1 done can't believe I was so worried about going from 90 seconds to 3 minutes running 😡😡😡 20 seconds was my running limit before C25K!

Good luck for this week everybody x

Well done! I remember it well! Those small increases felt so scary at the beginning, and in many ways those were the hardest weeks ( at least for me), so you are well set to move on through the weeks!

Well done you. I am yet to start my C25k cos I am yet to get an iPod to use for my podcast so hopefully i can get that next week but i quite understand the fear, was at the gym yesterday, and tried power walking and running intermittently on the treadmill, all I could do was 60seconds of running after every 5minutes of power walking. So for me running for 3minutes twice non stop is a big deal. Congrats and goodluck for the week.

I was just the same I had to walk 5/10 mins between every 60 second run (when I got to 60 seconds that is lol!)

When I first started I was wheezing my way to 60 seconds counting off every second on my app! πŸ˜– we can do this!!!

I was too I even posted about dreading Last week but honestly it's fine and it's only 4 runs this time (2x90 secs 2x 3 min) not 6 and you get longer to recover so it's not so bad :)

That's good, I find it hard to get breath back in early runs so this might work better for me! Fingers crossed. I find it a huge confidence boast!

I am due to start Week 3 on Monday... hope I can run for the 3 minutes! Determined to do it though as I am really enjoying the C25K. On non run days I am doing a decent amount of walking and overall I feel better and a bit fitter already.
