W3R2 completed this morning. I am finding that getting myself out the door is 3/4 of the battle! Finding it ok and I am determined to run for as long as Laura tells me but sometimes so glad to hear her voice as she does seem to pipe in just as I start to struggle. it's at this point I start to panic about moving up a week but I have panicked every move up!
