Winter gear has been put away :)

A Happy Easter to all. My gradual build up back to fitness took another step today with the completion of 6/1. An absolute fabulous day for running. A misty morning has evolved into a fine sunny day, not to warm but warm enough for the man tights and heavier jacket to stay in the cupboard :)

Summer running season has dawned. Bare legs have returned and I only have 1 more interval run to do (dont like interval runs :( )

Heres hoping you are all enjoying the Easter break, whether running, resting or chocolate festing :)

It is good to be unshackled from the dreadmill and be able to put the winter gear away. There is nothing like running outdoors. For me, the treadmill slows me down, just from the boredom.

Happy Easter to you and I can't wait to eat a Reese's PB Egg. :)

Happy Easter to you too! Glad you got out for a run, and bravely bared your legs! I have had my legs out once this year but put soon put em back under wraps. Brrrrr!

I ran fast intervals yesterday. They're bit like nasty medicine. Horrible but good for you!

Good luck with the running and I hope you're soon back up to speed.

It was a great day weather wise for a run wasn't it :D I got smells of cut grass and blossom, birds singing, amazing! Long legging and long top got left at home and put in the draw for the Capri leggings and tshirt to come out, yay! I'm putting together a plan to get faster so it'll be interval pain for me too this week, plodding at one pace every run doesn't really get you far which is a shame!

Spring has most definitely sprung KK. Looking forward to the end of intervals and getting in some distance again. Once I am back to 5k + I'll try and get some speed back
