First run of week 2 completed. Surprised how much more effort was required for a mere 30 seconds more running than Wk1 - enjoyable all the same albeit in the snow - and it's nearly Easter!! Glad to say my painful quads are mended and definitely think more attention to stretching has helped. Enjoying my journey so far
