I've found Week 6 difficult and I'm exhausted after just completing Run 3. But the sense of achievement is wonderful, and of course I'm now officially a runner, cos Laura says so!
Please somebody tell me that Week 7 is possible despite feeling like a limp rag, so I can keep the gremlins at bay...

A lot of GRADUATES have done it. Have faith in Laura AND yourself. "You can do it". Many of the coments on here say they enjoy having no breaks in the running as you get into a good stride. Take is slower so you are not so exhausted. Good luck and enjoy. Think of the achievement.
