Completed on a sunny Saturday morning! Towards the end of the first run I found myself running without thinking about it, and realised I could have continued beyond the eight minutes. Am still daunted by the thought of the. 20 minute run ahead of me but If I can find that 'place' again, It might just be possible!

Too right it's possible! You've obviously already realised where the problem is - between your ears! The programme will see you safely through, all you need to do is let your legs and body do the work and think about something else. You'll not be in a race, it's just a matter of getting the job done.

Of course it's possible, and the very best thing is to try to ignore the time! Very well done.

Oh yes, you were "in the zone" ! Good innit! So, you're a runner now.

Stay good and slow, run/walk smoothly and steadily, no rush. Slow is good, just keep plugging away, gently does it. You'll be at Graduation in no time. Just believe it!

Well done, of course you can do the 20 minutes, and just think how you'll feel after...
