Had the opportunity to run in Bournemouth at the weekend on a lovely sunny Sunday afternoon. Decided to run on the beach footpath and was very pleased to get away from the mass of tourists, kids, buggies and dogs!!
5k later I got to lovely area with hardly anyone around .... So, after turning around and slowly running back I knocked up my 2nd ever 10k run... whoop.. whoop
Time wasn't great... but who cares... the view was!!!

wow Andy view looks wonderful well done on yr 10K again looks like your mojo is back plsd for you
Think i will have to drive to the coast for run, when the weather is better
Thank goodness normal service was resumed this week at PR no PB but still sub30 so cant complain , I am trying to concentrate more on the 10K, as signed up for a race in July, and running for longer time/distance
The really touching and pleasing thing is my son wants to come and watch me do the 10K think if i do it there will be tears if he is there watching !
That looks lovely!! Congrats on the 10km. Sometimes it's important to just go out and run and enjoy it. who cares about time when you have a view like that. That is what is so special about running you can pack you trainers and take them anywhere and see some lovely things.
Nice one Andy. I had a lovely valentines walk along Bournemouth beach path in the sunshine on Saturday. Didn't set a PB, but had a lovely cup of coffee and a bag of chips πππ
