What a difference good shoes make!

Ordered these over the weekend because of extreeeeme ankle pain and wow they are so comfortable! Great motivation also! Due to start week 4 on wednesday having completed week 3 twice due to having a week out and also not feeling ready to move forward.. still dont but cant stay on week 3 forever! X

Lovely shoes, lovely colour! I hope your ankle is ok, take it steady. You should fly through week 4 with shoes like that x ;-)

I love Nike Free - I have 2 pairs! - but just a word of warning, I wouldn't run in them...

Nike introduced them in response to the barefoot running trend and they are essentially a minimalist shoe for people who don't need structure or support. Your feet and leg muscles will have to work a lot harder to keep you stable while running so unless you have a good 'natural gait' be aware that you might suffer from shin splints and knee or ankle pain when you run in them...

They are very pretty though :)
