hii...i m new membr here...soo...i m going to gym from one month...but i only loss 2 kg in a month.. i want to loss more weight..but no idea what to do...seriously i was thought that may be i can lose 2 kg in a week..but i couldn't...pls suggest me something ..how to loss 1 or 2 kg in a week...pleasee

Simplest, quickest way would be to chose an arm - you can pick left or right. Then, cut off the arm at the elbow & you've lost 2 kilos. Next week, chose the other arm.
Alternatively, if you google "miraculous weight loss" and send £100 to the companies that are advertising, you'll have lost 100 pounds overnight and may also get some berries that we've never heard of.
We are a running forum here, and will happily encourage you to be more active, run to be more healthy, and, as a consequence, you may lose weight. However, we won't give any serious help to "lose 1 or 2kg in a week" as that degree of weight loss is not safe or realistic. Most of the participants on this C25K program report weight loss, and all report becoming more trim and a better shape. Maybe that's what you want. But the program will burn only 300-400 calories, 3 times a week and so a supervised, realistic calorie controlled diet will also be required to lose weight. But please see your GP / physician before making any major changes to your lifestyle.
