Hi all today I completed 1st run

my husband is on 5 week inspired by him I started couch to 5 k .

it was wonderful experience I ran 3.33km in 31.48min i used podcast.it was very energetic.

Looking ahead for 2nd run day after tomorrow.

Well done for starting just stick with the program and the rest days and in 9 weeks (or so) you'll be able to run with your husband which will be fantastic. Good luck

Congratulations. Can I assume that you are the wife of Viraniparvez?

You both seem capable of running more than the target of 30 minutes that C25k sets out and although the programme will help condition you, it doesn't seem that you need it, and if you are running 3.33k in 31.48m then you are obviously not following the instructions given by Laura in the podcast. As I have said to Viraniparvez, you are obviously fit, but it is possible that you could injure yourself if you overdo it. Following the programme minimises these risks.
