New Year's Resolutions

I've realised it's the end of January tomorrow and the resolutions (running, swimming, yoga, zero fags, no wine) are still completely intact. Weird. That's never happened before and I'm completely blaming C25K! Very motivating, especially now I've found the forum :)

Well done. You can do these things but it's just a matter of being a "sticker". You will feel better for not doing fags and booze. Fact. Running will also help your waistline and your mood, not to mention your health

Crikey! It'll be a whole new you a year from now. It's all in your hands and you can pull it off

Write a note on your calender about where you want to be a year from today

Keep on runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnning!

Wow! That's an impressive list of resolutions and fantastic that you have kept it all going. Good on you girl! :D

well done on the zero fags :D ( ex smoker here ) C25K is a great program and can affect your life in many ways like shoping for runninmg clothes and shoes :D with the extra money you have from not smoking :D

Thanks. That's the thing, sticking with it. Must say, I feel loads better already. Glad to see there are lots of other ex smokers on here, by the way. There is hope for us all! And yes, I'm doing a good job at spending the money (that I didn't really have anyway) that I'm saving from not smoking...

Same here I have a January free booze month. I love my wine. But to tell the truth. I have save about £30 this month from not buying wine.

And invest the money into a nice running pairs of trainers. That says it all. .
