Done it! And it felt much better than Tuesday. I remembered how to breathe and 8 mins in was tempted to skip the 3 min walk break (My return plan is Wk 6 R 2 twice, then Wk 6 R 3. If that goes well, back to the full 30 mins next week).
I resisted the temptation, and stuck to the plan - but what a feeling! To feel so much better so quickly!
